Greetings from Woodstock, NY. Welcome to our little world where virtual dew drops fall like life, scattered & cluttered in like groups far from reality, and yet not so far, maybe. Here, sound and feeling are broken down to just a bizillion digits travelling madly through the virtual world on a human mission - calculating wildly, making sense to no one but themselves until they've reached their destinies, and we hear sound and see the whole picture. -------TRANSITION---------- We're not far from a lot of disturbing mahem here in the real world in Woodstock. It's hard for me to say anything about it without wanting to say a lot. I know it took me 2 days to remember Osama bin Laden's name (& that's not right). I know that many of the people of this world fear like this as a way of life. We've been very lucky and now its time to relate more to the angrier people of the world. Understanding is the only long term solution. We can't have anymore generations growing up to hate us. It matters that our policies hurt people. They'll make it matter. And, these people are also religious fanatics which is no good for anybody, and...and...So many levels...I keep taking it in...
As for the what's up with the band, we just had our first photo shoot with Alana, our groovy new bass player. You'll see the new pictures on this web-site any day now. A month-or-so-long tour is in the works for this winter. Look out Dixie. Keep checking "gigs" for where we're playing (we're always playing). PEACE.
